Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work quickly with our suppliers to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns

Because many of our products are shipped directly from trusted fulfillment partners, return eligibility varies by product and supplier.

If you’d like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return requests are reviewed individually according to the supplier’s return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Lingerie

• Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Final sale items

Refunds

If your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
